Section 4970.15.4 - Education and Safety(a) An Application evaluation panel of not less than three (3) individuals shall score each Application deemed compliant with these regulations. The Application evaluation panel shall use the Applicant's responses to the Project-specific criteria to determine a Project score.(b) Eligible Projects shall be ranked by score. Projects shall be funded in order of score from highest to lowest until available funds are exhausted.(c) In the event Projects have the same score, Projects will be funded in the order of request amount starting with the smallest request amount. If more than one Project has the same request amount, the OHMVR Division will utilize a "random selection" method to break ties and determine which Project will receive funding.(d) Projects at the funding cut-off line may require modifications to the Project Description and Project Cost Estimate to reflect reduced available funding.
