Requests for redetermination may be submitted within thirty (30) days after the Commission transmits notice of its final determination. Such requests shall set forth the reasons why the Commission's determination was improper, including all new relevant facts and information.
(a) The Commission has the power to reverse or alter its prior determinations, in whole or in part, if any of the following occur: (1) There is a significant error in the facts, information, or analysis on which the prior decision was based; or(2) The prior determination, in light of current information, appears to have been arbitrary, capricious, or based on substantial error.(b) The Commission shall advise the applicant within sixty (60) days after receipt of a request for redetermination whether it will consider such request, and if so, set the date for a hearing by the Commission.(c) If the request for redetermination is denied, then the original determination shall become final for all purposes, unless the resource is later shown to be demolished, altered, or has lost its integrity.Cal.
