Section 3709 - Performance Standards for Building, Structure, and Equipment Removal(a) All equipment, supplies and other materials shall be stored in designated areas (as shown in the approved reclamation plan). All waste shall be disposed of in accordance with state and local health and safety ordinances.(b) All buildings, structures, and equipment shall be dismantled and removed prior to final mine closure except those buildings, structures, and equipment approved in the reclamation plan as necessary for the end use.Cal.
