Section 3691.8 - Hearing Procedures-Record

The record before the Board at the public hearing shall consist of the notice of intent submitted to the Board pursuant to 3691.2, the certified administrative record from the lead agency pursuant to 3691.4(a) unless section 3691.4(e) is applicable, and any documents submitted pursuant to 3691.4(g) of this article.
