Section 3905 - Hearing Procedures-Authority for DelegationThe Board may delegate conduct of the hearing to a committee composed of three members of the Board, who shall consist of either the Chairman or Vice Chairman of the Board, and two other members of the Board selected by the Chairman. The Chairman or Vice Chairman shall conduct the hearing. The record of the hearing and the recommendations of the committee shall be presented to a quorum of the Board at its next regular business meeting for a decision of the full Board consistent with the procedures set forth in Section 3910 of this article.
