Section 2115 - Computation of Time and Weight(a) Time shall be computed or determined in accordance with California Code of Civil Procedure section 12.(b) Weight shall be measured, recorded and reported in short tons, pounds and fractions thereof. All weighing in this state shall be done on a scale or other device approved, tested and sealed in accordance with division 5 of the Business and Professions Code (Weights and Measures) and any applicable regulations thereunder.(c) For redemption of empty beverage containers by count, weight shall be determined and noticed as provided in subchapter 12 of these regulations.Cal.
