Section 1517 - Notice of Removal

The Purchaser, before removal of State Timber from State Forests, shall give written notice to the Director of any or all locations where said State Timber will be processed. Said notice shall be required for all of said State Timber until such time as the State Timber has been sawn to dimensions of 4 inches by 12 inches (10.2 cm by 30.5 cm) or less.
