Section 1515 - Bids Solicitation

The Director, when selling or soliciting bids for sale of State Timber from State Forests, shall condition the sale upon agreement of the purchaser that said State Timber will not be Substituted for timber exported from private lands under control of the bidder, or Affiliate.
