Section 1416 - Defacing Plants(a) No Person shall cut or deface live trees, or remove shrubs, plants or portions thereof, or destroy, deface or remove forest products of any description.(b) Annual fruits of native plants such as gooseberries, elderberries and blackberries may be picked and empty conifer cones may be taken for non-commercial use.(c) This Section shall not apply to State Forest Licensees when acting within the scope of their authorization.Cal.
