Section 1270.00 - Title

Subchapter 2 shall be known as the "State Minimum Fire Safe Regulations," and shall constitute the minimum Wildfire protection standards of the California Board of Forestry and Fire Protection.

1. Renumbering and amendment of former section 1270 to new section 1270.00 filed 9-6-2019; operative 1-1-2020 (Register 2019, No. 36).
2. Change without regulatory effect amending section filed 2-1-2021 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2021, No. 6).
3. Amendment of subchapter heading and section filed 1-31-2023; operative 4-1-2023 (Register 2023, No. 5). Transmission deadline specified in Government Code section 11346.4(b) extended 60 calendar days pursuant to Executive Order N-40-20 and an additional 60 calendar days pursuant to Executive Order N-71-20. Filing deadline specified in Government Code section 11349.3(a) extended 60 calendar days pursuant to Executive Order N-40-20 and an additional 60 calendar days pursuant to Executive Order N-71-20.
