Section 1094.9 - Wfmp Professional Judgment

Where these regulations provide for the exercise of professional judgment by the RPF or the Director, if there is a disagreement and if requested by either party, they shall confer on the WFMP area during the WFMP review inspection and reach agreement, if possible, on the conditions and standards to be included in the Plan.
