Section 1094.20 - Conformance of Wfmp

If the Director determines that the Plan is in conformance with Board Rules, then the person submitting the Plan shall be notified timber operations thereunder may only commence after submission of a Working Forest Harvest Notice as prescribed in 14 CCR § 1094.7.
