Section 1094 - Rule Application

Where the abbreviation THP, the term Timber Harvesting Plan, or the word Plan is used in Chapter 4, Subchapters 1 through 6 and Chapter 4.5 it shall also mean Working Forest Management Plan as specified in PRC § 4597 et seq. In Subchapter 7 this equivalency will occur for all sections except 1032.7 through 1042 that are not referenced in this Article, or as otherwise specified. Working Forest Landowners shall comply with all applicable regulatory requirements of the State Water Resources Control Board and the appropriate RWQCB.

2. Amendment filed 2-15-2019 as an emergency; operative 2-15-2019 (Register 2019, No. 7). Pursuant to Statutes 2018, chapter 626, section 46 (SB 901) this amendment is deemed an emergency, and shall remain in effect until revised by the Board of Forestry and Fire Protection.
