Section 1080.5 - Time Period to Meet Stocking Requirements

The restocking effort required by 14 CCR § 1080.1 shall be accomplished within 5 years after completion of Timber Operations for salvage or harvest of timber from Substantially Damaged Timberlands unless a longer period of time is needed and is approved by the Board for a specified area.
