Section 1058.4 - Review of Proposed Decision and Findings of Fact

If the Board Chairperson has assigned the hearing to an Administrative Law Judge and requested a Proposed Decision and Findings of Fact, the Board shall set on their agenda a review and discussion of the Proposed Decision and Findings of Fact at its next regularly scheduled meeting, where a quorum is present, following the receipt of the Proposed Decision and Findings of Fact from the Office of Administrative Hearings. Public notice of the agenda item shall be provided to those Persons listed in § 1058 not less than ten (10) days prior to the Board meeting.
