Section 1045 - Director Delegation

In order to expeditiously process Plans, the Director may make such delegations deemed to be fit to employees of the Department, qualified as RPFs pursuant to Article 3 of Chapter 2.5 of Division 1 of the Public Resources Code (commencing with § 750).
