Section 1666.12 - Project Application(a) Applicants with successful Concept Proposals shall be invited to submit a Project Application.(b) The Project Application shall consist of the following documents: the Concept Proposal, the Scope of Work, a Project Budget, and map(s) if applicable. In this phase, the Applicant can make any changes necessary to the previously submitted Concept Proposal as details of the proposed Project are finalized.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 14, § 1666.12
