Section 777.9 - Notice of Decision(a) A notice of the final decision by the Department, which indicates whether the proposed regulations will, or will not, have a significant effect on the environment, shall be filed with the Secretary of the Resources Agency. The notice of the final decision shall be available for public inspection, and a list of the notices will be posted on a weekly basis in the Office of the Resources Agency, and will remain posted for a period of thirty (30) days.Cal.
