Section 749.13 - Special Order Relating to Take of Southern California Steelhead (Oncorhynchus Mykiss) During Candidacy Period. [Repealed]

1. New section filed 5-16-2022 as an emergency; operative 5-16-2022 (Register 2022, No. 20). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 11-14-2022 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. New section refiled 11-14-2022 as an emergency; operative 11-15-2022 pursuant to Government Code section 11346.1(d) (Register 2022, No. 46). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 2-13-2023 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
