Section 2169.4 - Proof of Correction CertificateThe manufacturer shall require those who perform the recall repair to provide the owner of each vehicle or engine repaired with a certificate, through a protocol and in a format prescribed by the Executive Officer, which indicates that the noncomplying vehicle or engine has been corrected under the recall program.
