(a) The provisions of this article apply to the generation of emission reduction credits through the accelerated retirement of light-duty on-road motor vehicles, including passenger cars and light-duty trucks.(b) Within five years from the effective date of adoption or date of implementation, whichever comes later, the Air Resources Board, in consultation with the Secretary for Environmental Protection, shall review the provisions of this chapter to determine whether it should be retained, revised or repealed.Cal.
