Section 1890.09 - Determination of Evaluation Process(a) All Grants shall be awarded on a competitive basis, unless otherwise specified in the Request for Application.(b) Grants shall be awarded by the Department based on established priorities, as defined in Section 34019(f)(3)(B) Revenue and Taxation Code, for each Grant cycle.
