Section 1890.06 - Education and Prevention

(a) Education Grant funds shall be used by the Grantee(s) for public Education and traffic safety laws related to driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol and other drugs, including cannabis and Cannabis Products, and for the prevention of DUI of alcohol, and other drugs, including cannabis and Cannabis Products.

(b) Eligible Applicants include:

(1) Local Government;

(2) Qualified Nonprofit via Pass-Through Entity; and

(3) Law Enforcement.
