(a) Place of Keeping. The records of the board shall be maintained at its principal office at Sacramento in the custody of the executive director. The executive director may certify to any of the board's official acts and may certify copies of all official documents and orders of the board.(b) Sale of Copies of Records. The executive director shall sell copies of all or any part of the records of the board at a charge sufficient to pay at least the cost of the copies.(c) Preparation of Certified Copies Without Charge.
