Section 120.03 - Notice of Non-Compliance

A Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Program provider shall submit to the department a Notice of Non-Compliance, form DL 101A (Rev. 10/1999), which is hereby incorporated by reference, for participants who have failed to comply with the program requirements as specified in Section of Title 99886 of Title 9, California Code of Regulations.
