Section 4252 - Fsc Test Applicant Qualifications and Fee
(a) Applicants for the FSC test must be at least 18 years old and must present clear evidence of identity and age in the form of a valid California driver license or identification card issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles.
(b) The fee for taking the FSC test (twice if failed the first time) and being issued an FSC is a maximum of twenty five dollars ($25), fifteen dollars ($15) of which shall be forwarded to the Department pursuant to Penal Code section 31650. The DOJ certified instructor may charge a fee of ten dollars ($10) for administering the test.

4. Certificate of Compliance as to 11-23-2015 order transmitted to OAL 2-9-2016 and filed 3-23-2016 (Register 2016, No. 13).
