Section 4069 - Service of Notices, Orders, and Communications(a) Except as otherwise provided by law or in these regulations, notices, orders, and other communications may be sent by United States mail, electronic transmission, and/or common carrier to an applicant or DOJ-Certified Laboratory at the address of the applicant or DOJ-Certified Laboratory as shown on the application or DOJ-Certification.(b) Notices and orders shall be deemed to have been served upon their deposit, first-class postage prepaid, in the United States mail, and the time specified in any such notice shall commence to run from the date of such mailing.Cal.
