Section 531 - Administrative Review of Application(a) The Department will review the Applications to ensure they are submitted by eligible Applicants, meet the requirements of Section 530, and are received by the Department in accordance with the RFP described in Section 510.(b) The administrative review is a pass/fail evaluation.
