Every registrant and applicant is responsible for keeping the Registry of Charities and Fundraisers informed of the registrant's or applicant's current address. Any notice, order or document issued by the Attorney General shall be deemed properly served if mailed to the registrant's or applicant's address of record. The address of record is the address listed on the most recent registration or renewal form filed with the Registry unless the registrant or applicant has subsequently notified the Registry of a change of address in writing.
