Section 999.205 - Approval of Application(a) If the application is approved and fees have been processed, the ERDS Program shall deliver to the individual all of the following documentation: (1) An Approval Letter, and(2) A Vendor of ERDS Software Certificate which authorizes the individual to contract with a County Recorder as a Vendor of ERDS Software.Cal.
