Section 999.192 - Incomplete Application
(a) An incomplete application shall be returned to the applicant with a written explanation for the return and further instructions on resubmission. An application shall be deemed incomplete when:
(1) The application has missing or illegible data.
(2) Supporting documentation, forms, or applicable fingerprint submission fees are not included with the application.
(3) Proof of fingerprinting is not submitted.
(b) The applicant shall have 90 days to respond, after which the application shall be considered denied. The denial may not prohibit the submission of an Application for Computer Security Auditor Approval form #ERDS 0002 at a later date.
