Section 2695.14 - Compliance Date(a) Any amendments to these regulations shall be complied with within ninety (90) calendar days after they are filed with the Secretary of State.(b) Prior to the compliance date of these regulations, licensees shall, pursuant to Section 2695.6, adopt and communicate to their claims agents standards for the prompt investigation and processing of claims, and provide training and instruction on these regulations.(c) These regulations shall apply to any claims handling that takes place on or after the compliance date set forth under subsection 2695.14(a).Cal.
