Section 2683.4 - Definitions(a) "Executive officer" means any individual charged with active management and control in an executive capacity (including a president, vice president, treasurer, secretary, controller, or other individual performing like functions) of the person registering, reporting or filing under these regulations, whether such reporting person is incorporated or unincorporated.(b) "Ultimate controlling person" means that controlling person within an insurance holding company system, which controlling person is not controlled by any other person.(c) Unless the context otherwise requires, other terms found in these regulations and in Section 1215 of the Insurance Code are used as defined in last said section.
