Section 2648.1 - Scope

This article applies to complete rate applications submitted pursuant to Insurance Code section 1861.05, subdivision (b), and proceedings commenced by the issuance of a notice of hearing, or other notice or order commencing a proceeding on a rate application issued by the Commissioner pursuant to Insurance Code section 1861.05, subdivision (c).

1. New article 8 (sections 2648.1-2648.4) filed 7-12-93 as an emergency; operative 7-12-93 (Register 93, No. 29). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL 11-8-93 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
