(a) Insurers may offer discounts to premiums for any of the following: (1) completion of driver training or defensive driving courses;(2) any other discount provided by law.(b) Notwithstanding subsection (a), no discount shall be offered or used by any insurer that is not uniformly promoted and offered to the public.(c) The insurer's class plan shall specify the nature of the discounts and the manner in which they will be promoted and offered to the public.Cal.
