Section 2241.3 - Filing and Approval Required

No U. C. D. policy shall be issued or delivered by any insurer until:

(a) A copy of the form thereof is filed with the commissioner

(b) Either

(1) Thirty days expires without notice from the commissioner after such copy is filed, or

(2) The commissioner gives the commissioner's written approval thereof prior to that time.

Filing deadline specified in Government Code section 11349.3(a) extended 60 calendar days pursuant to Executive Order N-40-20.
