Section 2094 - Filing Schedule of Charges

Every bail permittee shall file with the commissioner a schedule of charges to be made for bail. The bail permittee shall also file with the commissioner any change in such charges at least five days prior to the effective date thereof. Such charges and changes so filed are public records.

1. Change without regulatory effect redesignating subject heading as subarticle 5 and adding NOTE filed 7-11-2016 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2016, No. 29).
2. Change without regulatory effect amending section filed 7-14-2021 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2021, No. 29). Filing deadline specified in Government Code section 11349.3(a) extended 60 calendar days pursuant to Executive Order N-40-20.
