Every bail licensee must truthfully answer any question asked of said bail licensee by the commissioner or the commissioner's representative about said bail licensee's bail transactions or matters relating to the conduct of said bail licensee's bail business, subject only to said bail licensee's lawful constitutional rights against self-incrimination.
