Section 2066 - Business in Own Name

Except as provided in Section 1724.5 of the Insurance Code and the commissioner's regulations promulgated thereunder (Sections 2050 and following of Title 10 of the California Code of Regulations), and Sections 2066.1, 2066.2 and 2066.3 hereof, every bail licensee shall do business in the bail licensee's own name.
