Section 1620.28 - Useful Life of ImprovementA program administrator shall base the determination of the useful life of the efficiency improvement as of the date of the execution of the assessment contract and shall maintain documentation of the useful life of the efficiency improvement in its books and records in accordance with section 1620.07 of these rules.
