(a) The filing fee for an application for a license shall be one thousand four hundred dollars ($1,400).(b) The filing fee for an application for approval to acquire control of a licensee shall be nine hundred dollars ($900).(c) Subject to the limitations in Section 28110(a)(3) of the Corporations Code, the filing fee for an application for approval for a licensee to merge with another company, or to purchase all or substantially all of the business of another person, or to sell all or substantially all of its business, shall be nine hundred dollars ($900).Cal.
