Section 6458 - 2014 Standard Benefit Plan Designs. [Repealed]

Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 10, § 6458

1. New section filed 9-19-2013 as an emergency; operative 9-19-2013 (Register 2013, No. 38). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 3-18-2014 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. New section refiled 3-17-2014 as an emergency; operative 3-17-2014 (Register 2014, No. 12). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 6-16-2014 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
3. New section refiled 6-16-2014 as an emergency; operative 6-16-2014 (Register 2014, No. 25). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 9-15-2014 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
4. Repealed by operation of Government Code section 11346.1(g) (Register 2015, No. 9).
