Section 6442 - QHP Certification. [Repealed]

Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 10, § 6442

1. New section filed 1-17-2013 as an emergency; operative 1-17-2013 (Register 2013, No. 3). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 7-16-2013 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. New section refiled 7-10-2013 as an emergency; operative 7-10-2013 (Register 2013, No. 28). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 10-8-2013 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
3. Repealed by operation of Government Code section 11346.1(g) (Register 2013, No. 42).
