Section 80.151 - Definitions in Money Transmission Act

Subject to additional definitions contained in this Subchapter which are applicable to specific provisions of this Subchapter and unless this Subchapter otherwise provides or the context otherwise requires, the definitions in Section 2003 of the Money Transmission Act apply throughout this Subchapter.
