Section 80.100 - Scope

This Subarticle contains regulations relating to definitions. This Part contains general provisions relating to definitions. Part 2 (commencing with Section 80.125) of this Subarticle contains regulations relating to definitions of terms in the Money Transmission Act. Part 3 (commencing with Section 80.150) of this Subarticle contains definitions for this Subchapter.
