(a) This Subchapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Business and Industrial Development Corporations Regulations" or as the "Bidco Regulations."(b) The first unit of the number of each section in this Subchapter is "50." However, in citing a section of this Subchapter, a person may omit the first unit of the number of such section if it is clear that such person is referring to a section of this Subchapter.Cal.
