Section 10.15627 - Non-Retail Deposits

Pursuant to Financial Code Section 1805(a)(4)(C), the following deposits are determined to be deposits the acceptance of which by a subject institution at its subject offices does not constitute engaging in domestic retail deposit activities requiring deposit insurance protection:

(a) Deposits of the type described in 12 C.F.R. § 346.6(a).
(b) Deposits accepted at a branch office which is exempted from the requirement of federal deposit insurance by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation pursuant to 12 C.F.R. § 346.6(b).
