Section 10.14178 - Manager(a) In case an application for approval to establish a subject office, as approved by the Commissioner, does not designate the proposed manager of the subject office, the approval of such application shall be deemed to be subject to a condition that the applicant shall not establish the subject office unless the proposed manager shall have first been approved by the Commissioner.(b) In a case of the type described in Subdivision (a) of this Section, not less than 30 days before the license for the subject office is to be issued, the applicant shall file with the Commissioner an application for approval of the proposed manager of the subject office. Such application shall contain such information regarding the proposed manager as is called for in an application to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System requesting approval of the Board of Governors to establish a subject office.Cal.
