Section 10.13200 - Definition of "Applicant" and Scope
(a) In this Part, "applicant" means a foreign (other nation) bank which applies to the Commissioner for approval to establish a California state representative office.
(b) This Part contains regulations relating to the establishment of a California state representative office pursuant to Financial Code Section 1781.
