Section 10.11703 - Report Regarding Changes(a) Not more than ten business days after any replacement of the representative in charge of a foreign office of a representative of a subject institution, such subject institution shall file with the Commissioner a report containing the following information: (1) Name and title of the former representative in charge of the office.(2) Name and title of the new representative in charge of the office.(b) Not more than ten business days after any change in the address of a foreign office of a representative of a subject institution, such subject institution shall file with the Commissioner a report describing such change.Cal.
